DESCRIPTION:Comfort Measures is a two-hour\, stand alone\, paid class ($20) designed to focus on both physical and emotional coping strategies such as position changes\, movement\, use of birth balls\, warm showers or baths\, counter-pressure\, visualization\, music\, and continuous support from a partner or doula.
