PLANNED AND ESTATE GIFTS TO TANDEM
Charitable bequests to Tandem Community Birth Center and Postpartum House, Inc. (“Tandem”) through your estate plan will help support Tandem’s mission to improve perinatal health experiences and outcomes through innovative programs and services, holistic support, and community building.
In your will or trust, you can give Tandem a specific dollar sum, a percentage of your estate, or a residue of your estate. You can give Tandem your home and land, to sell and utilize the proceed as directed. You can designate Tandem as a primary or secondary beneficiary of your life insurance or retirement accounts. As recognition for your planned gift, you become a member of Tandem’s Circle of Ancestors.
You can designate that your donation is unrestricted – to be used by Tandem for its generalpurposes. You can designate that your donation be used for specific programs, such as the Hoosier Diaper Program, Postpartum Doula Equity, and/or Perinatal Mental Health programs. You can also donate to a Tandem endowment to be used for specified or general Tandem programs.
