This Gentle class bridges the ‘before and after’ of pregnancy, birth, and the first months of life for the bodies of both parents and babies. You are using your bodies in new ways, and a tired body needs energy, breath and movement. Explore the parallels and differences between these tiny new bodies, and your own. Help improve the posture, comfort and strength of your body throughout this journey. Pre-crawling babies welcome. Parents/partners welcome. All forms of feeding are welcome in class.
