Hoosier Diaper Program
Tandem is now the home of the Hoosier Diaper Program after transitioning the program from All-Options in April 2025.
The Hoosier Diaper Program is here to help families access diapers, wipes, period supplies, condoms, pregnancy tests, emergency contraception (Plan B/morning-after pill), and more!
This program is 100% driven by donations, both in-kind and monetary.
Diaper and Supply Pickup FAQ
Yes! If you have a kiddo in your life who needs diapers and struggle to afford them, you can pick up diapers from Tandem anytime during business hours: Mon- Sat
We have disposable diapers and can provide up to 1 month’s supply at a time.
We also can provide free cloth diapers and education around how to use and wash them. An appointment may be necessary for education about cloth diapers to ensure we have appropriate staff available.
When you arrive at Tandem, come in the front entrance unless a sign directs you to the rear door. All Tandem visitors must sign in (so we have data for our grants!), and then you’re welcome to access all of our resources. Just let a staff member or volunteer know you’re here for the Hoosier Diaper Program.
If you’d like just a sleeve of diapers, you’ll be able to select one and you’re all done. If you’d like a month’s supply, let the Tandem staff know and they will open our diaper tracker on the spreadsheet. We’ll document a few details and you can be on your way with the diapers, wipes, period products, etc. You can return once a month for a month’s supply
It is highly recommended that you have regular access to a washing machine to clean your cloth diapers. You will probably have to wash your cloth diapers every 2-3 days. If you do not have regular access to a washing machine, let us know so we can talk through your options.

YES! 1000 times YES! We are happy to accept all sizes and brands of diapers, including partial boxes. We *prefer* unscented diapers, because most of clients do, too. The highest demand sizes are Size 3, 4, 5, and 6. We’re most likely to run out of those.
Diapers may be donated ANYTIME that Tandem is open. Let us know if you have a large donation and would like us to come pick them up.
How Many Bums Can You Cover?
$5 covers wipes for a month, $50 covers diapers for a month for one child.
$600 covers diapers for one child for a year.

Diaper Data Doo Doo
The Hoosier Diaper Program helps ensure that children in our community have better lives. We want to change outcomes. We don’t want families to just survive. We want them to thrive. You can’t do that if you have to choose between diapers and food. Our program is low-barrier. We expect to serve over 200 unique families with young children in 2025.
