Birth Center Updates

Our needs and desires in our lives, families, pregnancies and births are not uniform. Our birthing options should reflect that. For healthy, normal pregnancies, midwifery care in a community birth center is a safe option that can help meet the needs and desires of a broader spectrum of families.

Our birth center will be focused on providing high touch, low tech care in a comfortable environment.

Our nonprofit model means that midwifery care will be accessible to all.

• April 2024 Update- Birth Center Construction continues to progress as we receive donations.

  • Our licensure application has been submitted.

  • Once we complete construction, we’ll complete occupancy and licensure inspections with the city, county and state. Once those are complete, we’ll be operating!

  • We will update this page when we are accepting prenatal clients for birth center births.
